This is dependent on the agency your submitting to. If you’re required to send your prints via mail Protrace has an on-site mailing center where we can pack and ship your prints through certified USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Yes! We are able to live scan your fingerprints onto a card provided by your employer or attorney. We supply new FD-258 Fingerprint cards as well.

The most convenient method of payment for your booking will be through our secure online portal. This allows you to complete your transaction quickly and easily at the time of booking. However, we also accept cash payments if needed.

The first floor of our parking garage offers free 2-hour and all-day parking. There is also plenty of waiting space, complimentary infused water, drip and specialty coffee offered on site.
